Mary McCormack has a leading role on the TV series 'Murder One.' She is also popular as a performer for her roles in 'The Western Wing. The West Wing', In Plain Sight. and?Loaded.. Mary McCormack is well-known for her performances in the films 'Private Parts as well as 'Deep Insanity, True Crime and 1408. McCormack was born to an ice-cream parlor owner and a clinical psychologist. Her family has no connection to entertainment. After her parents divorced in 1990, she enrolled at Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut where she graduated with the degree of BA in Comparative Art. She began her career as a child when she appeared in the stage production "Amahl & the Night Visitors,' a Christmas operetta. McCormack continued to appear in the theatre, and eventually landed roles on both the large and small screen. Nowadays, McCormack is recognized as one of the best actors in Hollywood. Michael Morris (producer/director) is McCormack's husband. They have three daughters.
